The firm edge sprung base is the ideal solution for those who need a base with a super soft feel. Our bases our packed with springs which have an amazing effect on the mattress. The base springs support your mattress, which in turn supports you meaning the mattress lifetime is also extended.

The base features a firm edge so you are supported when sitting because the springs do not extend the edge of the base. This sprung edge base is superior to standard sprung bases with no perimeter support and helps to reduce roll to the side of the bed base.

The firm edge sprung base is also available in a range of fabrics with a choice of storage options to suit your specific needs.

Never had a bed made so nice, so comfy and lovely colour the men who bought it in were brilliant, fully recommend bed factory direct. Thankyou for wonderfull nights of sleep

Quality not as good as it could be, but good service.

This divan base, could be so much better, with a little more attention to finish, perhaps this because of cost, when compared with other divan bases at double the cost. Good support from springs, but do tend too creak a bit, a little annoying, when you are trying to sleep/rest. I found the service good, my emails were replied to quickly, also very friendly and supportive customer service. We requested a replacement… due to the annoying creaking, which was accepted without any problems. Delivery, good, arrived within the allotted time and was taken upstairs to our bedroom. We had to unwrap the base and assemble the base… there are no instructions… but it is fairly easy to assemble if you take time to workout where the fixings go…. NB you can pay to have this done. Overall, l am fairly satisfied, l have given four stars because of the service and would recommend.

Perfect to soften a firm mattress

We have had some really horrible sleeps and waking up with a bad back due to our medium mattress actually being quite firm on our divan base. We took a chance to buy this instead of buying another mattress just because ours was still quite new and it's done the job, I'm so pleased. The service was good and I would recommend. Thanks so much
